BIO
"Most people don’t look at us or treat us the same as other neighborhoods in the Washington district.
Growing up I have been shot twice, lost friends and family to gun violence and to the jail system. Music quickly became an outlet for me to tell the story of what is happening around us in Simple City South East.
I use to sit outside with my friends freestyling in the projects. The average breakout hood story from the hood consists of people taking up a sport of basketball or football.
Systematically the hood gives you mental damages due to limited resources and opportunities. I want to use my talent in music to express what is happening around the youth in the District of Columbia. People will see my music as therapy in the projects and I take pride in that."
